Who we are and what this policy covers
DCampaign Digital operates DCampaign Digital Lab, a research, exploration and experimentation initiative. In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to DCampaign Digital in connection with the Lab.
This policy covers dcampaign.in and information received through Lab enquiries. The CRM, WhatsApp API Panel and Client Portal pages describe platforms; access to a separate service may involve additional privacy information and contractual terms.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares your enquiry in your browser. It does not submit the fields to a form database operated by this website.
Choosing ‘Send on WhatsApp’ opens a WhatsApp link containing the enquiry text. This passes the draft to WhatsApp/Meta when the link is opened, even before you choose to send the message to us. Choosing ‘Send by email’ passes a draft to your chosen email application or provider.
We receive your message after you send it through the selected channel. The information is then handled in the relevant messaging or email systems and in any subsequent enquiry records. Those providers also apply their own privacy policies and settings.
Website delivery, cookies and technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting a website can involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, requested pages and security events.
The website application does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, or include advertising pixels. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own delivery and protection functions. Fonts are served with the website rather than fetched from an external font service.
External links, including WhatsApp, social networks and Google Maps, take you to services with their own data practices. Browser controls can help you manage cookies; blocking some technologies may affect a provider’s functionality.
How information is used
We use information for purposes connected with your enquiry and our relationship with you. Where consent or another legal basis is required, processing must follow the applicable requirements.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give blanket permission for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up communications.
- Responding to your question and clarifying its context.
- Assessing an idea, potential collaboration or appropriate next step.
- Managing an agreed discussion or engagement and keeping relevant correspondence.
- Maintaining website security, handling complaints and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, an agreed engagement, relevant record keeping or applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any ongoing relationship.
Access should be limited to people and providers with a relevant purpose. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information being handled, but no website, messaging channel or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of information we hold. Where records must be retained for a legitimate or legal reason, we will explain the applicable limitation. Backups and third-party systems may follow separate deletion cycles.
Your choices, requests and concerns
Contact [email protected] to ask about information connected with your enquiry, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may seek proportionate information to verify the request.
Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already lawfully completed. It may affect a discussion or service that needs that information. Requests concerning a third-party provider’s own records may also need to be directed to that provider.
The site is intended for business and professional enquiries. Please avoid submitting children’s personal information. If you believe such information has been sent, contact us so we can consider appropriate action.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when the website, our information practices or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision; additional notice will be provided where required.
